How SERVOLUTION works

Service Seeker/Buyer

Click the Register button to create an account with Servolution, verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your mail. Update your profile with your address, contact details and other information

Request Services

Browse through the business pages of Service providers or search for Serviceson Servolution and find the one that suits your budget and your location. Make a request for a Service or Services by sending a message to the service provider using our messaging tool, or by calling the service provider’s phone.

Prices

Compare prices of various service providers and chose the one that suites your budget, then negotiate and agree before payment.

Payments

Make payment to the service providers account details as provided on his or her business page.

Registration

Sign up on Servolution by Clicking the Register button, a link will be sent to your email for confirmation. Verify your email, then proceed to your page and click on My Account to update your profile and create your service type. Your address and contact details are important as the prospective customers would need to reach you.

Subscribe to a service

After updating your profile, proceed to Choose service and subscribe to a service plan, from the 3 months (quarterly), 6 months (half year) or 12 months (yearly) plan. This will make your business page accessible to millions of customers.

Quote Price

Quote your price and describe the various services you render. Note that the buyer has the option of comparing prices and service delivery.

Reach Agreements

It's at your discretion to allow for open negotiation with the prospective client, but you must have an agreement with the customer in terms of price and service delivery date, and comply to it.

Receive Payment

Once the customer makes payment and you receive the payment, proceed to deliver as agreed. Failure to do so, would attract penalties. Kindly refer to the privacy policy.
